Customer service doesn't get much better than this. I called for hard to find boat trailer tires, drove in with a 9500 lb. boat still on the trailer. They were changing my tires within 10 minutes and I was out the door in less than 40 minutes. Did I mention these were the same tires Trailercraft offered for over twice the price?
We’ve been bringing our vehicles here for years. We’ve always had honest good service. The owners are always friendly and helpful. We’d recommend this shop for any kind of service.
No non-sense; but courteous. When I called up, they wanted me to understand the basis of cost and gave me an estimated price. When I brought in the car, they got right to work. Did good work. Good clean-up. -- Also, the facilities have been significantly updated. By no means a hole-in-the-wall. More work area, clean and inviting lobby. It looks like Baltazar provides more services, now. --- I will be back for other work.
